KUSASA PROGRAMMES |
The Kusasa Project runs a number of programs
on a regular (daily or weekly or annual) basis
and others on a less frequent basis. The
frequency of our programs depends on our
resources (availability of volunteers, financial
resources & transport) & school schedules as
well as seasonal events (such as Outward Bound).
We have just 3 full-time employees and nearly
1500 children being impacted in a variety of
ways.
Much of what we provide is ideas,
transport or costs for transport, volunteers to
staff programs, management around planning -
coordination – execution, materials, constant
liaison with schools, administrations,
volunteers, donors, the children and the
communities. We make a considerable effort to
build relationships with all our constituents,
but most importantly to understand the children
and the environment they live and go to school
in. |
